QUESTIONS?
A non-licensed individual is prohibited from shipping a handgun via the U.S. Postal Service. You cannot mail a handgun to a buyer, the manufacturer, or even to yourself.
Only licensed manufacturers and dealers of firearms (FFLs) can ship handguns to other FFLs through the USPS, and even then, they must follow strict packaging and declaration rules. So use a 3rd party shipper.
